Publishing the app

Hello, I have submitted the prerelease of an app for the Hackathon via TestFlight. May I publish this version of the app to the App Store before Uber's committee reviews the submission and/or the judgements are made?

    Leonid- Yup. I don't see an issue with publishing the app before we start judging.
