Not able to register app

I have the following when I try to register app at Uber dev site:

Before you can create an application, we need to confirm your phone number. Text GO to 827-222. Please see the confirm mobile phone number help page for more information.

FYI, I have my phone number confirmed and have received verification text.

    Vincent- Try logging out and logging back in. Some people have reported this issue and that seemed to resolve it. Let me know if that doesn't work.

    It does not work. I even tried using another desktop to login. Still getting the same error.

    Please write into developer@uber.com with details about your account so that we can look into your issue. Include your email address and mobile number so that we can verify your account has been created successfully.

    I'm having the exact same issue and I have already sent an email with my details. Patiently waiting for an answer.

    Paul and Vincent- Thanks for flagging this. After further research we've identified a bug that is preventing some developers from registering applications when their mobile number contains certain country codes. We've escalated this to our platform team and hope to have a fix out soon.
