New application and users
If we are building a brand new application, does Uber expect to see actual usage and activity from real users -- if for instance, it's a social application? Or can we mock up test data in order to submit our application?

Johnny- Great question! Long answer short we do not expect to see actual usage and activity data from real users, although having actual usage data would be awesome to see. When you submit, we do recommend that you submit videos, screenshots, etc. to show how the app works. That said, the closer you can get to a full fledged app, the easier it would be for us to see the full potential. Hope that helps!
